E-Voice SURVEY Results
The survey was carried out to investigate the state of mind of people, particularly young people, on how the pandemic and the early post-pandemic was experienced. It also measures citizens' perception of closeness to institutions, from local to European, and identifies priorities to suggest to administrators.
It was conducted in the 7 partner countries, but through dissemination also involved people from other European and non-European countries.
267 people responded, most of them young and from Italy.
The data were presented on 26 October at the Final Conference of the E-Voice project by Alice Trevelin, cultural mediator and president of the Jonathan Cooperative, partner of the Gazzo Municipality.
These are the most important points:
- With Covid 23.60% stopped playing sport
- During Lockdownd 10.86 % thought about quitting school, 11.12 % did so
- Volunteering: 12.73 % stopped doing it, 10.49 % started with emergency
- Psychological violence: 16.10% experienced it sometimes, 3% always
- Physical violence: 8.99 % experienced it sometimes, 3.75 % always
- Eating disorders (29.21 %), depression (37.45 %), self-harm (7.12 %), substance use (8.99 %), alcohol abuse (14.61 %), video game abuse (23.97 %), panic attacks (30.71 %), insomnia (35.58 %), compulsive online shopping (23.60 %)
- Unemployment: 31.84 % lost their job with Covid, most resumed but changed jobs, 15.73 % could no longer find work. 28.09 % benefited from social shock absorbers and 22.10 % received help from public institutions.

Veneto Region Press Conference 

The Evoice project Partners are leaving for Marseille where the award ceremony for the best initiatives presented at the Week for Waste Reduction 2023 will be held, waiting for the EWWR 2024 event to be held in November 2024. A topic more in the spotlight than ever, the need for a circular economy, in the direction of the ecological transition and a resilient community also from this point of view is an objective of primary importance. The pandemic period has certainly increased sensitivity towards these topics. The ACR+ association based in Belgium has organized the participation of the partners in this important event. On June 18 and 19, the Evoice project Partners will participate in the award ceremony and in the scheduled events.
It’s online the E-Voice Survey. This anonymous questionnaire was created as part of the E-Voice project as a tool to assess the impact of the Pandemic on 4 areas of analysis: educational poverty, bad habits, mental health and unemployment.
